At BigPixel Designs & Co., we offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products. Processing and shipping times vary by product type. Each product page includes the estimated timeframe for that specific item. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Processing time depends on the product type.
Fabric orders are shipped directly from us and are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
Apparel and home decor products are made to order. Most items are ready to ship within 4-6 business days. Certain apparel styles require additional production time and may take 2-3 weeks before shipping. The estimated production timeframe is listed on each product page.
During peak seasons such as holidays or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Estimated transit times within the United States are typically 1-8 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions.
Please note: We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, and shipping method.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after your package leaves our facility or the production facility.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
- If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and determine next steps. Additional shipping fees may apply.
