Return & Exchange Policy
At BigPixel Designs & Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. As most of our products are made-to-order or printed on demand, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, we will gladly offer a free exchange or replacement.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bigpixeldesignsco.com
  • Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief explanation

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and respond with next steps. You may be asked to return the original item.

What’s Not Eligible for Return or Exchange 

  • Incorrect sizes due to customer error
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items returned without prior contact 

Please double-check size guides and descriptions before completing your purchase.

International Orders
We do not accept international returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
